Candidates for Facials

Facials are suitable for most people, but please consider the following before booking:

  • You are 16 years or older (under 18s may require parental consent)
  • Your skin is healthy and free from active infection
  • You do not have open wounds, severe sunburn, or active skin flare-ups
  • You are not currently using strong prescription skincare that makes skin highly sensitive
  • You are happy to complete a skin consultation before treatment
  • You are willing to follow simple aftercare advice for best results

Quick answers to questions you may have

Your treatment usually includes a cleanse, exfoliation, mask, and moisturising steps. Many facials also include a relaxing facial massage and tailored skincare products suited to your skin type.

Most facials last between 45–60 minutes, depending on the treatment chosen.

Some people may experience a small breakout if congestion is brought to the surface, but this is temporary and part of the skin’s clearing process.

Many clients benefit from a facial every 4–6 weeks to maintain healthy, glowing skin.

Aftercare Instructions

To keep your skin looking its best after your facial:

  • Avoid wearing heavy makeup for the rest of the day if possible

  • Stay hydrated and keep skin moisturised

  • Avoid heat treatments (saunas, steam rooms, hot showers) for 24 hours

  • Avoid exfoliating products or strong active ingredients for a few days

  • Apply SPF daily to protect freshly treated skin

  • Try not to touch or pick at the skin as it settles

Your skin will often look fresher and more radiant immediately, with continued improvement over the following days.
