Quick answers to questions you may have

After cleansing the skin, a specialised device with tiny sterile needles is gently passed over the treatment area to create controlled micro-channels in the skin. A soothing serum or mask is often applied afterwards to support healing.

A numbing cream is usually applied beforehand to keep you comfortable. Most clients describe the sensation as mild and very manageable.

Skin may appear pink or slightly red, similar to mild sunburn, for 24–48 hours. Some dryness or light flaking can occur as the skin renews.

A course of treatments is often recommended for best results, usually spaced several weeks apart depending on your skin goals.

Aftercare Instructions

To protect your skin and support healing:

  • Avoid makeup for at least 24 hours

  • Stay out of direct sun and wear SPF daily

  • Avoid active skincare ingredients (retinol, acids, exfoliants) for several days

  • Keep skin hydrated with gentle, nourishing products

  • Avoid heat treatments, exercise, and sweating for 24–48 hours

  • Do not pick or exfoliate any dry or flaky skin

Your skin will continue to improve over the following weeks as collagen production increases, revealing a smoother, fresher complexion.
