Quick answers to questions you may have

Your therapist will begin with a brief consultation before using a combination of long gliding strokes, kneading, and gentle circular movements to relax muscles and improve circulation.

Pressure is typically light to medium, but it can be adjusted to suit your comfort level. Just let your therapist know your preference.

Most people feel relaxed and looser after treatment. Mild tenderness can occasionally occur, especially if areas of tightness were worked on, but this should settle within a day.

Many clients book every 4–6 weeks for maintenance, while others come more frequently during stressful or physically demanding periods.
